
Hi, my name is Yury Matrukhovich.
Originally from Belarus (post-USSR country). Fitness's always been one of my top priorities. Moving to New York made me realize that in order to be happy and successful you need to have great time management skills, be disciplined, accountable, mentally and physically tough and healthy while have the right mindset.
It's not easy to balance your healthy lifestyle (to stay healthy physically and mentally) with your daily life when you have a lot on your plate.
I've done years of studying, practicing and coaching fitness and nutrition to finally condense all my knowledge and present it to you in the most digestible form.
